Welcome

Welcome to the Dove-Shell Federation website. The Federation was created on 1st July 2015 and comprises of two V.A Church of England primary schools, St Thomas’ Moorside and East Crompton St James’. The schools have one Governing body.

A recent Church of England Diocese inspection commented on the strength of the Federation:

‘The strength of the federation between the two schools has enabled both to thrive, benefitting from wide ranging opportunities to work together in innovative ways that enrich pupils’ educational experiences.’
SIAMS 2017.

The Federation has allowed me to lead the schools in more innovative ways to maximise funding and create a strong learning environment. Our newly formed CPD arm provides high quality training for our staff and other schools using consultants with a proven track record of success.

This website provides a platform for our federation and its continuing success.

Thankyou
Adam Laskey B.Ed (Hons), IOEA, NPQH.
